SHIPPING & TERMS
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours or less once the credit card authorization is complete. Orders will typically be shipped via UPS Ground. Expedited shipments can be accomodated by calling us at 920-668-8789.
All return requests require approval by calling or emailing for an return authorization number. Returns must be sent in the same shipping material that was sent. Products that are broken or missing upon return will not be viable for a credit or replacement.
All customer information such as an address, contact information and names will be kept strictly confidential at The Glasshopper Store. We may use this information to contact you regarding specials on new inventory however.
